Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the Taara Agent service at taaraagent.ee, provided by OÜ Pihlaõie (“we”, “us”). By signing in or using the service you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Taara Agent provides AI-assisted accounting workflows: extraction and classification of invoice data, creation of entries in connected accounting software, bank statement reconciliation, and related checks and reports. The service produces suggestions that require your review and confirmation before they are applied to your accounting records.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials safe. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account. By connecting a company or its accounting software, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of that company and to grant the service access to its data.
3. Your data
You retain all rights to the data and documents you upload. You grant us the right to process them solely to provide and improve the service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to the data you upload. Personal data is processed as described in our privacy policy.
4. Professional responsibility
The service's output consists of automated suggestions and may contain errors. You must review every suggestion before confirming it. The service does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice, and using it does not transfer your professional responsibility: you remain responsible for the accuracy of your accounting records and for compliance with applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the operation of the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or its data, or use it to process data you have no right to process.
6. Fees
New accounts include a 30-day free trial. After the trial, the service is billed according to the price list published on our website, based on your actual usage: we track the number of processed documents and issue an invoice for them. We will communicate price changes in advance, and continued use after a change takes effect requires your agreement to the applicable fees.
7. Availability and changes
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features of the service; where a change materially reduces the service, we will give reasonable advance notice.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you have paid for the service during the 12 months preceding the claim or, if you have not paid anything, to 100 euros. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Estonian law, including liability for intentional breach.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and request the deletion of your account and data. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms; where reasonable, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to remedy the breach first.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes that cannot be resolved by negotiation will be settled in Harju County Court, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will announce material changes on this website, and your continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
